[Maybe one of the worst qualities in Hisoka is how much he enjoys getting reactions out of others. Small things are amusing, but it's the most grandiose, horrible things he loves doing to set someone off.
Shirasu won't come to him completely, so... he just... goes to Shirasu. The lean in isn't fast or slow. But it's deliberate. He's smiling, obviously amused, obviously playing, and his lashes lower when he looks right down at Shirasu's mouth.
The kiss, which is what he tries absolutely to do to see how Shirasu will react, is more of a bite really, testing.]
